KTG manages client’s IT environment end-to-end, from IT planning through day-to-day operations — working closely with executive directors, operations team and the student-resident community.
- KTG reports to executive management, providing IT management consulting, technology guidance, project management, and all ongoing IT operational needs.
- Technical responsibilities include email systems, network connectivity, Internet services, security, telecommunications, and end-user support.
- Technologies deployed include Juniper firewalls, Cisco routers, Aruba WIFI network, Microsoft Small Business Server and Dell computers.

Our client’s mission is to provide students of all backgrounds a culturally and spiritually rich university living experience. KTG serves as a technology partner, helping expand upon this mission. We ensure transparent service availability and continue to seek out unique ways to enhance resident student life. Currently in the works are plans for new voice, video and audio services.
