Flexible, Dynamic IT Careers with KTG

Whether you're a generalist looking for a long-term employment position or an expert searching for stimulating, project-based assignments, Kennedy Technology Group is the place for you. We offer a unique approach to information technology consulting: a team-oriented, dynamic and exciting work environment where you can grow both technically and professionally while having some fun along the way.

Balance

As an employee you won't be coming into the office every day. Our team delivers services at client locations or remote. Typically, our engineers work out of their homes when not at client locations. Our advanced communication tools and information systems keep us connected seamlessly anywhere the client needs us, minimizing overhead, maximizing productivity and providing a better work/life balance.

While we love information technologies and helping our clients succeed, we also have real lives outside of work. Our team members enjoy being parents, teaching, writing, volunteering, mountain-biking, music and traveling!

Flexibility

You'll be able to work as much or as little as you like, however, we ask that you be at least 50% committed to IT consulting as a career. Our primary focus is on client satisfaction. We're organized to leverage the collective talents and abilities of our team, provide rapid-response to client needs and help them succeed through smarter uses of information technology. So whether you want to be a full-time consultant or work on a more limited schedule, if you have the skills we need, we want you!

Benefits

Central to our core values is dedication to our people. We provide employees a comprehensive array of benefits including family medical insurance, technology tools, training and professional development and profit-sharing opportunities.

Professionals

IT consulting can be a wonderful career and we'll do everything we can to help you succeed. We're looking for passionate, experienced, and certified professionals with project consulting and small-to-medium sized business support experience (and good references). We're on the lookout for Microsoft systems engineers (MCSE/MCSA's), Cisco CCNP/CCIEs, VMware VCPs, and CISSP or GIAC security experts.

You need to be intermediate to expert in your field, have a minimum of five years of professional experience and maintain appropriate industry certifications to qualify. Undergraduate degrees are preferred as well.
